DO NOT USE NEW YOU SPA!! I visited the Burlington location and they were horrible!
They are scam artists that believe charging a huge amount and promising broken promises of amazing results which dont come true, is ok!! Unethical to charge such a high amount and not see ANY results. Bodysculpt is the biggest scam out there. They tried to say i gained weight, but the before and after pics over a year clearly showed NO difference and i had not gained a pound!! So they are full of SH&T!
And now they wont refund any of my money!!

NewYou Spa - A Disastrous Experience of Fraud and Deceit

My recent encounter with NewYou Spa was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the staff displayed shocking rudeness and indifference. The trouble began with exorbitant charges that far exceeded the agreed-upon amount. Attempts to address the issue were met with vague promises and no resolution.

To make matters worse, NewYou Spa failed to provide a promised invoice and package details. Requests for documentation were dismissed with stalling tactics. It quickly became evident that transparency and accountability were not a priority for this establishment.

In the end, I found myself victim to a fraudulent operation, leaving me both financially depleted and deeply disillusioned. I strongly caution anyone considering NewYou Spa to think twice and proceed with extreme caution. My hope is that by sharing this experience, others can avoid the distress and financial loss associated with dealing with such an unscrupulous business.

I’m 54 and have never done treatments before. I should have done better research and due diligence. I wanted fillers for my laugh lines and chin. The injector went in a completely different direction and filled my cheeks to convince me that work would fill my laugh lines. It didn’t. Now my face looks sunken in and I still have prominent folds and she ruined my chin. Filler was put on the bottom and now my chin is distorted and ruined. I am devastated! This was the worst experience I have had. I should have been happy with what I had. Now my self esteem is affected. I can’t even look at myself. Warning!! Pls stay away. All they wanted was the money. Will tell you anything and show you fake pictures to get you on board.

horrible service this place will ruin your life THEY ARE BIG LIARS ALL all they want is your money please please go anywhere but here they will lie to you and tell you that you cannot cancel treatment when in their policy clearly shows you have 14 days I cancelled the next day and they insisted I had no choice but to go with a smaller package I felt bullied and overwhelmed now the FINACE company is coming after me lendcare … Zoey took my money for treatment I still haven’t recieved !!! Vanessa the receptionist is a complete liar please avoid this company

Best place to get your injections done. Staff at Queen location is super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I couldn't' be happier with my experience at New You Spa. I visited the Richmond Hill Location for my filler treatment. The employees are so helpful and explained exactly what I needed with all the information and education I required. The Clinic was clean and professional. 10/10 would recommend anyone to visit New You Spas.

I found New You spa on my Instagram and the positive reviews on google. As it was the closest clinic to my home, I came here to tighten my abdominal area as I have lost some weight. My experience with New you was amazing, friendliest staff, offered great services and prices! I see amazing results with the EM and rf skin tightening with my loose skin and improvements to my waist. I love all of the treatments they have!

I went to New You and got a package for this EM Abs thing to help tone my tummy. The day after my second session I can see move definition in the area. Can’t wait to do more, Might get another package for my booty lol. The girls their are friendly & it’s pretty close to the subway station downtown.

I call the 5th May BEFORE buying a Groupon deal to know when I could get an apointment. They said next week but that they first need me to buy and send them by email the proof of my purchase and will call me back at that moment. I do as told but don't get any call back.

I call them the next day they apologize and say that they don't have the nurse's schedule and will recontact me as soon as possible.

Five days forward, still no news, I call them, same reply.

I call once again today 14th of May and am first told that they won't have any availabiliy until June. (When I first called I was assured I could book for the week of the 8th of May). They can't even book me for June because, as every single time I called, "they don't have the nurse's schedule".

I came here for laser hair removal which was done by Nasrin. She is extremely attentive to your needs and listens to you when you have concerns or if you are experiencing pain etc. I was so satisfied with the job she did I think I'm going to come back and get my face lasered. Overall Great customer service and great results!
