Very customer focussed from the start to the completion of the journey. No pressure, no hassle. All of their staff (from the guy who dropped off a leaflet, to the teams who completed the work, to the people in the office) have been fabulous, friendly and helpful. I’d have them back in a heartbeat for any other work that I need to have complete.

The driveway looks really great now, and nice and level. The team of 'lads' that did all the work, were very polite and friendly. They understood any worries or little alterations that needed putting right.
There was some mess left on the road after the machines had been taken away, but it was just a case of going round with a yardbrush to clear it up.
Overall, very pleased with final product, and recommended Next Generation Home Improvements.

Great experience from start to finish, polite salesman wasn't pushy at all. Installers were great and cleaned up after themselves with a comprehensive lesson on operation and safety features.

These guys were very knowledgeable regarding the product. Installation was quick and painless. My patio looks good - really happy with it. Yes, it's pricey, but it looks great when its down.

This company is very through throughout the whole process.
The ground work was done very professionally with mechanical equipment. It was dug deep so there will be no sinking and the final resin bond looks good and will last. Very very pleased

All staff were professional and pleasant. We were kept informed throughout the installation. We are very happy with the result.

The groundwork team were really hard workers, and had to complete the work on the last day in pouring rain. The team leader was good at detail, and talked through every stage.
The team who laid the resin were also very good, although there were a couple of little niggles, which were sorted later. On the whole, despite the price, we are very pleased with our new drive, and have received compliments from other people.

I have had an aluminum gate fitted by next generation, I am so happy with the work they did they arrived the day and time they said, the gate looks great and strong and locks with a key and your given spares there was minimum disruption to me and my patio where the gate was fitted and I give them 5 stars

Next Generation Home Improvements advertised anti slip resin, but since my drive has been done 2 people have slipped on it in the first 3 months. I have reported it and put a complaint in but they aren’t even willing to try and rectify it. They sent a man to inspect it and apparently its of high grade standards! If thats what their high standard is then its rubbish. What kind of company wont even come back to put things right or try and resolve it?? All i can say is if you get your drive done by this company, if you have any problem then they will not want to sort it.

The work team were thorough, respectful, tidy and hardworking. Would recommend them to anyone thinking about having an area redone in resin.

The installation team did a good job, in 1.5 days! The composite fence was installed exactly as per the sales specification, and completely replaces the old wooden fence which has been damaged in many places by animals - they won't damage NextGenerations replacement! I did come across the plank material, from the same moulds, in a Douyin video from China, where it is recommended for decking. But really I am impressed that it's completely squirrel-proof, and appears so far to deter the flocks of pigeons that used the old wooden fence. Also the aluminium uprights take up much less space in the border, than concrete uprights would have. All in all, new technology scores heavily and I'm sure the composite fence will have an excellent lifetime!

Flawless work on Resin front drive. Good work on fencing on rear garden, but had to wait for deliveries of materials etc. the trench was not completed by filling with top soil.

Great experience. Salesperson spent a lot of time with me explaining the options. The fitter was efficient and friendly and the quality of the door was good
