Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.
I have never received such excellent customer service from anywhere. The necklace was too long and didn’t suit me so I rang and explained the problem. I found a shorter chain so I sent the original one back. Rob was so helpful. He found a suitable replacement chain and sent me a video to show me what it looks like. He also rang to check I was happy with the new chain. Thank you so much.

Lovely jewellery and excellent customer service.
Bought a lovely silver necklace here at a good price. Unfortunately the clasp was too small for my arthritic fingers to manage. This was no problem , I returned it and a new larger clasp was fitted. The service throughout was pleasant, helpful and speedy. I will definitely shop here again.

Wonderful personal service end to end
Amanda looked after us begining to end. She was patient and helped us pick a bespoke design engagement ring from an extensive range of examples.
We were then able to select a lab grown diamond to our preferences.
Finally she was as excited about the ring as us when it was finished and we made an appointment to collect it.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Calvin Klein two-colour ring! I got it for half price, and it’s such a fantastic deal. The quality is excellent, and the delivery was very quick. Communication with the company was smooth and professional. If it were in stock, I’d definitely buy another one—I’ll be keeping an eye on the website because I want to get one for my twin sister.
