Nomination charms
Have ordered from Niche previously. Only criticism I would have is that they do not engrave so had to order another charm from elsewhere. Will definitely reorder at Christmas though

Ring didn't fit unfortunately but helpful team
I brought a Thomas Sabo ring from Niche Jewellery. Unfortunately it didn't fit me however their returns process was super straightforward and the team were very helpful.

Excellent customer service
The item received was not the one expected. Luckily the recipient was happy with it anyway but I was pretty cross. When I went back to the website to double check it said "sold out", so I knew there was no chance to get it replaced with the correct item :-( After a negative review they reached out to me to rectify the problem. The customer service was brilliant. I was offered to return the item for a refund or a free item or a money off voucher. I would definitely shop with them again.

This is a lovely shop. The staff are not only knowledgeable but also very helpful, will take their time with you and nothing is too much trouble. Ordering on line is simple, they keep you fully informed of when your order will be available and they are honestly a pleasure. Prices are very reasonable in comparison to others but worth going her for the personal and friendly service.
