As I purchased my house from Nick Tart and had a very good experience 10 years ago it was the logical thing to do in asking them to sell it for me, the whole team are very friendly and very approachable and they are always there for any queries or help.

Excellent service - thank you to Alan and the team at Nick Tate for the professionalism, speed of response and customer care with our valuation at a difficult time.

Alan and team were very quick at responding when we intially asked for a valuation to put our property on the market. It was then another 2 months before we decided to go ahead, but we didn;t receive anything in the way of pushy phone calls chasing us. When we did decide to sell they acted quickly and efficiently to put the property on the Market and ahceived STC within 1 week or marketing. Since that time they have remained in touch throughout the process. Would fully reccomend using Nick Tart.
