Easily the worst agents in the Worcestershire area. Staff are in completely over their heads. Management needs to reconsider career path.

Avoid this company at all costs. Agents lie, then deny it despite written evidence and have the audacity to be condescending when challenged. Legal case pending.

We experienced a complete lack of duty of care towards us as tenants in the closing of our tenancy by Nicole and Co.

A deposit dispute was raised by them acting for the landlords. We were shocked at this as we had agreed on our moving plan face to face with the landlords.

When explaining this to Nicol and Co, they did not enter into a dialogue and accused us of a breech.

When asking if the landlords had been sent our statements, Nicole and Co replied with vague scripted emails continuing with their accusations.

They did not at any time act on our behalf in a one sided dispute. When this dispute went to the Deposit Protection Service there was a full return of our deposit, and rightly so.

All Nicole and Co kept repeating was to 'have a wonderful day'

Do not rent a property through Nicole and Co, they are all smiles while your are paying them, but once you move out they will be totally indifferent.

I first encountered Nicol & Co a few years ago when purchasing a property in Droitwich. They weren't my agent for that transaction but were representing my vendor. I was struck by how efficient they were, always going the extra mile to chase other links in the chain on my behalf and to provide regular updates. I had better updates from them than I did from those hired to represent me. That process took a lot less time and was a lot less stressful because of their efforts. This meant that for two subsequent house sales, they were forefront in our minds when picking an agent. From the initial chat, the slick presentation of properties online with 3D flythroughs, their modern approach to marketing on social media, and their heavy local presence in Worcestershire, they have always been quick to find viewings and drum up interest. On two occasions when potential buyers have pulled out, we've felt like they are collectively going out of their way to find a new buyer asap, which has really helped reduce the stress and impact of a collapsing chain. Special thanks to Chloe and Kat for their repeated efforts and friendly service at progressing the sale to completion but our experiences with the whole team, at both Droitwich and Malvern branches, has been fantastic. In my case for three separate house sales now. We can't recommend them highly enough.
