I wish @trustpilot had an ability to upload documentation/proof.
The order was placed on 03/06 (Sunday) and shipped on 03/10. Our website indicates that there is a 3-5 business day for processing time. We shipped within the window and as a courtesy we shipped it OVERNIGHT at NO CHARGE when the order was placed with GROUND. Shawn if you see this message, we have tried calling you and sending an email as well explaining this.
@trustpilot you guys need to step up your game and allow for companies to allow for screen shots or attachments to show proof that we did our part. We do not deserve such a poor rating!!!

I will never purchase from them again
I will never purchase from them again. I spent over 1300$ on a wilcox helmet mount on October 13th of 2021. The item was listed as instock during this time. It is now February 23rd of 2022 and they still have not shipped my item. I had called them many times months ago and they never returned a single call. I emailed them and they never returned an email. Finally I text them and they returned a text. From there they sent me a few emails and held my money. It was another few months before I was finally fed up and asked for my money back. They just gave me the refund.

We'll tell everyone here exactly what we said on text to you. The product you purchased CLEARLY states "email for availability" on our site. It's interesting that you are not telling the audience what you told us via text "I don't have time to check my emails". You cannot blame us if you did not read what was indicated on our site as well as you had no time to answer our emails. This is just wrong and unethical on your part, shame on you.

5 star customer service
I just made my second order with night vision guys. Firstly I returned for the great prices and good selection of merchandise. Secondly, there was a minor issue with my first order, and the customer service I received was literally some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The issue was resolved within an hour and my purchase was mailed super fast.This alone was worth 5 stars to me. Great job guys!
