Rolled the subscription on without consent, and then refused to cancel it. The law doesn't allow this, but Nimbus don't seem to be concerned with that.

A game changer for property agents
Nimbus Maps is a game changer for property agents. It makes identifying potential property projects easy because all the information you need is on one screen. The new features make this even easier. Fantastic tool. My only criticism is that there isn't a lite version for those starting out with less funds, that shows the plot borders at the very least.

I found nimbus more helpful than the…
I found nimbus more helpful than the land registry map search but as I only use a fraction of the services I cannot justify paying the year subscription at well over £1k

Brilliant - with 2 facets
two facets - (1) the software (2) the training
(1) Software
A comprehensive set of tools to search for and analyse potential property deals. All these sources are available for free, but having them in a dashboard type setting, and being able to see everything in a map view, and thus to have more granular perspective, and being able to export chosen data into spreadsheets, plus the massive time saving, is amazing. Also the team keep on developing the platform with more tools, which shows real commitment and passion, and are super eager and fast to respond to questions
(2) Training
A series of workshops on strategic use of the tools, really clearly presented, demonstrate clever ways in which to use data, and indeed what data is useful in what context. This really opens the door to new strategic use of data that one may not have considered. It's a really useful tool, but a tool is limited by ones imagination on how to use it, and the workshops add a this dimension to the whole game

Nimbus Maps is a game changer in the property industry
I have my own private property company but I am also looking for potential sites for my renewable energy company and its associate companies.
I have only come across Nimbus in the last month or so and I can already see how this technology is game changing for private investors in the property industry, as well as larger commercial land developers.
The webinars are superb and actually hosted by Nimbus founder and CEO Paul Davis, live as well!
Looking forward to working with Paul and the Nimbus team in the years to come.

Probably the best due diligence tool…
Probably the best due diligence tool you can have.
Be careful, it can be addictive, but the system will shut you off if you overuse. :D

A well paced interactive presentation
A very clear and well paced interactive presentation. Generous with their time -which often runs over. There is so much data and potential with this tool which is quite user friendly, even for those new to property investing.
