I originally bought through eBay. When I went to collect the item, they asked me to cancel my eBay order and buy directly from them instead, promising me a discount. They also asked me to leave them positive feedback first.
Before buying directly, I specifically asked if they accepted returns, and they clearly said yes. However, only six days later, when I went back to return the item, they refused and said they do not accept returns.
This was very disappointing and misleading. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

At your request, we provided a discount when you chose to purchase the item directly. Before the purchase was completed, our colleague clearly explained our return policy to you. However, after receiving your negative review, we reviewed our audio conversation to verify the conversation, and it confirmed that our return policy was explained before the sale took place.
When you returned six days later to request a refund, the same return policy that had been explained to you prior to purchase was applied, however, you declined the credit note and chose to leave with the part.
Our return policy is also prominently displayed in our reception area so customers can review it before making a purchase.
We are committed to being transparent about our policies and ensuring they are communicated clearly before every sale.

Staff at the branch are super super friendly, they take their time with all customers making sure that the parts people are buying are the ones they actually need. I thought I needed a whole new engine but in actuality it was something way less expensive which although saved me a lot money it cost them the sale of the engine. That kind of honesty is hard to come by because anyone else would’ve said yeah buy the expensive bit and had me on my way but not these guys.
Would recommend to anyone and everyone, both branches are lovely and clean also.
