Jeremy pulled all the stops out to get the survey done quickly at the same time nothing was compromised!
He kept me up to date as the process progressed by way of phone calls and emails.
He gave me a verbal preliminary report over the phone outlining any issues and possible future problems. A detailed written report is to follow which will be forwarded to my solicitor.
All in all a very pleasant experience and an extremely knowledgeable and professional guy who really goes out of his way to look after his clientele.

I recently had a RICS Home Survey Level 2 carried out by Jeremy. I received a quote within 24 hours along with an estimated timeline for when the survey could be booked. Following that I received a full survey report the next working day after survey was conducted. Additionally I received a phone call from Jeremy explaining the key findings. Overall, very happy with the service provided and highly recommending.

On both occasions we had our report the day following the visit to the premises and again Jeremy had a conversation to take us through his key findings and concerns. The report itself followed the standard RICS L2 format and contained a detailed write up of each area surveyed with relevant images and subsequent recommendations for further investigation/action if necessary.
