Jeremy was extremely professional, relatable and honest. His survey was detailed, without bais, and provided evidence of his findings to ensure it was clear to the layman and not just understood by industry people.

He went above and beyond his role by researching the history of the house and calling to talk through his report in detail even after meeting him straight after his survey to go through his inital findings.

The house we looked at did have some work ahead of it but he went through every inch of it and there was critical issues that brought the whole structure into question including collapsing or the chimney falling through.

We will not be going forward without a survey and Jeremy is a proven, trusted quanity. Also his prompt availability saved us for soliciter fees. Would highly recommend Jeremy and promote a level 2 at least on any property you are putting an offer on.
