Total scam bought a bike scooter phone and go cart says it's been delivered but hasn't I have cameras so I have proof no one came is there a number for fraud squad or summatt

Massive scam. Ordered a coffee machine before Christmas, said it was delivered 11/02/2026.. we were home, no sign of it and not responding to emails. Thank GOD I paid on my credit card so will be doing a claim back.

I ordered a airfryer and got notification that it had been delivered to a shop so I have ch3cked all the shops near where the tracking said and none of them have it, it is either the company, courier or all the shops are liars

ordered a rc helicopter, received tracking number showed to be delivered but was not.

I ordered a scooter from them on the 20 of dec they sent me a tracking number and nothing u been checking with China post and today it said delivered Sat 1/10/26 10:30am but to day is Friday 9th sent many emails to them no answer... I contacted my visa card and dispute the charges thank God I got my money back...

They got me too, I ordered an electric scooter, they sent me a tracking number and I haven’t been able to contact anyone. It’s a scam, but I saw the promo on TikTok and reported.

I also same case , after I bought it .20/12/2025 at Nivanoo , they send me the China tracking number . Until today system show me parcel already delivered to me on 8/1/2026 , but I never receive any parcel. Really crazy . I try to contact Nivanoo Support by email , they never reply . Hopefully more people know it , because I think I can’t to refund again

I ordered an item got send a tracking number few weeks after it said it has been delivered but only God knows which address it was delivered to. It is a scam don’t ordered from them

This site is a scam!!!! I paid for a scooter and received a tracking number!!!! I clicked on tracking and the site said ERROR!!!!

Ich habe am 26.12.25 bei Nivanoo im webshop eine Bestellungmit Zahlung über Klarna aufgegeben. Zunächst kam auch eine Bestellbestätigung und eine Tracking-Info. Nach 3 Tagen war dann die Tracking-Seite nicht mehr vorhanden. bzw erreichbar. "The link you followed is no longer available". Die Tracking-Seite von Shop.de ist bei dem Stand von "Etikett erstellt von China post" seit 02.01. bis heute unverändert geblieben. Der Versuch von heute die Website erneut aufzurufen wird ebenfalls mit der Info " The store is unavailable" quittiert.

Similar to what others have reported. Tracking link no longer works, contacting Nivanoo no longer works...TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Need to report to FBI and other agencies.

I ordered an item on 20 December 2025. Received a tracking number and could tracking it all off a sudden nathing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

0.0 stars!!! Ordered an item on the 22nd Dec. Got the tracking link that worked for a few days and now the link don't work anymore. Waste of money!

On seeing all the review, I don't want to believe my money is gone, until now no trace of my order, even the tracking number is no longer available.

I ordered two things. Was following the tracking numbers and all of a sudden the tracking numbers site said "no longer available". The I went to review my order and it said the same thing
