Great prices, customer services were excellent and really quick to respond when I had a question about the item prior to ordering. Delivery was fast and perfume is great. Highly recommend.

Great service
Great service, super fast delivery. This was my first purchase from this website and as a fragrance collector; i am always wary of shopping different websites. All i can say is the speed of delivery was fantastic, the item was genuine and i will be back to buy more in the future 👍🏻. Well done no.1 prefume 🙌🏼

Ordered yesterday for son’s 16th birthday. Paid extra for 24 hour delivery. Clearly hasn’t been sent and still waiting for reply to email asking when it will be dispatched. I now face having to go out and buy it from a shop when I could have used another online delivery and had it by now . There’s no phone number to call only email so I’m dubious

Hi Piers, I see that your order was received in the correct timeframe, ordered after 4pm on the 23rd, so dispatch was on the 24th and delivered on the 25th! We do state in our delivery terms that orders placed after 4pm will be dispatch the next working day as collection from us by Royal Mail are just after 4pm.
I hope this puts confidence back into shopping with us again.
Many thanks.
Now recieved, will use again.
(I have not recieved my order yet to comment on.) Was my initial review.
After a mix up with dispatch Chris imediatly emailed with the explanation and sent the parcel on a 24 hour service. We are all allowed to make mistakes and to rectify instantly shows a good invested retailer.
The product is as described and very good value. I will be using this company for my future purchases and hope I have not put anyone off from my original review

Hi Mick, Many thanks for the review, great to hear we were good value for money.
Genuine and cheaper
Easy to use online purchasing system and speedy delivery. Once the plain aftershave packaging was removed the bottle and scent of the aftershave (invictus absolu) was identical to a bottle he got from tenerife duty free but a lot cheaper. Don't worry about using this company, they are 100% genuine
