Nöa and Nani Avis

Perfect. Most of our living room furniture and dining table are from this company and I can’t fault the quality or service

Small problem with item, but this was resolved after a couple of e mails.

Not only was the delivery quick for my item but the customer service is great too and that’s exactly what I want in a company.
I am happy with my item and will order more items in the future

The delivery is fast. The bed is good and easy to install. I will recommend it to my friend.

Kids love their new beds, fairly easy to assemble and look smart in the room. Delivery was much faster than anticipated too!

We bought a lovely (great price), fantastic quality ottoman bed for my son's room. Unfortunately, a piece was missing - I contacted the office and they sent a new piece out promptly. Brilliant customer service!

Many thanks and we'll be sure to purchase from you again.

Still no item or refund for my missing order! Customer service is shocking. Filled out a form to state I hadn’t received my parcel and it’s been “with management” for almost a month now! Shocking, avoid buying from these scammers

Wonderful company, they sell beautiful products and I think it’s wonderful they offer something in return for a review - they shouldn’t have to do that but I’ve never known another company do it!

Purchased the Karlstad 6 drawer chest of drawers. Excellent quality, very sturdy. Clear instructions. Arrived very quickly and kept up to date with the delivery time and date. Would definitely order from this company again and would recommend.

Ordered the Leonora Toddler Bed in White through the website for a fantastic price. Delivery was fast and customer service very helpful with any issues.
The bed looks absolutely stunning in our daughters room. Exactly like the pictures advertised. Perfect transition bed from a cot.

I have ordered several products from noa and nani over the years and have found them to always be prompt with their delivery, their products are easy to assemble with clear instructions and good quality. Also, great customer service with prompt replies. Overall very happy customer!

Ordered the Halmstad 3 cube unit which is great for storing and displaying children’s toys. It’s well made and would have expected it to be more expensive given the quality. Item arrived promptly and assembling Instructions were easy enough to follow.

Love the items they have, it was really easy to build and my some absolutely loves his new bed

Excellent product and customer service. The delivery was very prompt and well notified via emails and messages. Very happy with my purchase😊

Great experience all round. Quick delivery, very easy to contact and no issues with the whole process.

Great company to buy from. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and the quality of the product exceeded expectations. Excellent customer service throughout. Would happily purchase from them again

Great buying experience, very good value for money and no issues!

Excellent experience with Noa & Nani. The bookshelf looks fantastic, feels sturdy and well-made, and was easy to put together. The quality is great for the price, and it fits perfectly in our space. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived in excellent condition. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely use Noa & Nani again in the future.

After ordering a bed from this company and having issues with the delivery, the team at Nao and Nani were quick to help. As frustrating as it was having a part missing (and I do think as a company they should look into letting the customer know how many boxes to expect to avoid this happening to others) I can’t fault how the team responded to this and rectified it. Despite the mix up and wait, I would order from them again as the bed and mattress we ordered are lovely.

I have ordered a few items now from Noa and Nani and they have always been great quality sold for a great price. We have ordered side tables and bedside cabinets which have been solid and made of good quality material
