I ordered an item for my son. The delivery for the item was changed twice and when I contacted the company, they were rude and disrespectful towards me. Not good for business and I will never order from this company again!!!!!!

I want to make it in America please help me

I ordered a wand from the wicked collection and they charged me choice for it $64.95 that's $129.90 that they took out of my bank account and I'm supposed to just sit and wait until one of the charges bounces back there's no reason anybody needs to charge you twice for something that you already paid for I will never order through this company again and if my item shows up and it's not worth it it's going right back to their asses. N the real kicker to boot is that their only open Monday through Friday I'm so glad someone got a hold of me today but they weren't helpful at all and told me all we don't charge twice then why is it charged twice in my bank account all will bounce back that ain't my problem I shouldn't have to wait and you guys shouldn't have to take two times the payment for the merchandise

Ordered 2 small items for Christmas in early November. Only shipped 1, charged shipping and backordered the other one and it won't be available until after Christmas, have to pay to send the other one back. Be careful, customer service is horrible especially for a mistake they made that I have to pay for

Absolutely rubbish. My daughter had saved hard for her £60 noble collection gift cards. When she came to buy something she was told that they had expired. They only care about money so they didn't care about my childs feelings.

Ordered the monaco jacket. Looks nothing like the pictures and is such poor quality. It also has a brown zip lining. Tacky! By the time you request and refund and sell it back to china its not worth the money! Stay clear of this website!

You have to email to request a return- the email bounced and says the account had been suspended?! Left with a cheap looking jacket that looks NOTHING like the photos!!!

Do not make a purchase from Class Noble. It’s cheap tat from China that not only takes 3 weeks when the website says 5 days. It’s nothing like the images. They steal images from other brands. Then if you want a refund you need to spend ridiculous money returning it to China. Not worth the time or money. Poor quality

Bloody hell fire. Really looking forward to receiving the ‘structured dress’ found on TikTok. Received after about a 3 week wait. Completely the wrong product (nothing like the images). Fabric flimsy and see through. Gutted

Customer service seem to be responding well - though returns have to go direct to China… yet to ascertain if further cost will be applied but will be refuting any additional costs considering the product was nothing advertised

I truly cannot recommend Noble Collection enough, the quality is amazing, the packaging is so good, everything arrives safe and if I need any more help customer services are always helpful, my only criticism is the quality is so good I always want more lol

I have purchased many items from the Noble Collection, and I would say it has always been a smooth process with the items being of a great quality.

If I’ve ever had issues - which there haven’t been many of - customer service has always been perfect and helpful.

I recently got a Harry Potter Firebolt replica - and I love it! It’s fab and just looks amazing! Came promptly and well packaged too.

The *only* reason why I haven’t given them 5 stars is because the Firebolt did not come with instructions - it would have been super helpful to have even just a small 1 pager, explaining putting the Firebolt together and the mount.

One other reason I would take away a star (or maybe call it 4.5 stars if I could), is because a number of items are frequently out of stock; there is not much communication in terms of things like when to expect stock (which would be helpful).

Otherwise, in summary, I would 100% recommend shopping with Noble Collection (and I’m referring to the UK site).

I’ve been shopping with The Noble Collection for years from both the UK and USA. Product quality is usually high, but in the USA their website and processes are very outdated. I’m glad they’ve expanded into physical stores and more mainstream online platforms over the last few years, but they still seem over-reliant on phone lines and traditional catalog shopping. Hopefully they’ll modernise the website (e.g., easier voucher use) in the near future. You have to call the customer service number to use a gift certificate/coupon, and the customer service staff member I spoke with frankly sounded half-asleep and very blunt. Gratefully he remembered his pleases and thank yous, even if he did hang up before waiting for me to reply after I asked to cancel my (time consuming) phone line order until a later date. There isn’t much international flexibility if you’d like to order US to UK, or UK to Europe, etc., but they may be able to arrange it for you via phone. Even so, it does not feel secure to give credit card details over the phone in the present day. What I wish most is that they’d bring back collectibles from their back-catalogue, or offer them on special order; they used to have some very impressive pieces which I wish I had another chance to pick up. Repair/customer service options are also very limited for discontinued items you might own, which is frustrating as natural wear and tear occurs over time. But overall, a fair place to buy collectibles, even if it’s easier to buy them from other outlets than TNC’s own website.

So far just looking at the website it looked pretty untrustworthy but I see that most of the complaints are coming from damaged items so I'm going to go and say that these people have just gotten unlucky and judged the situation unfairly

Too bad you can’t give a 0 rating. This company is absolutely useless. I tried ordering for over 6 days and it was always we need to re-run your credit card but we can’t do that after 1pm useless absolutely useless company don’t bother ordering

very good customer service, my wand came a tiny bit chipped on the end and they replaced it immediately, also the delivery was fast and the quality of the product was amazing

Ordered a Harry Potter Wand Holder and it arrived busted in the corner. Took almost a month for Noble to refund my money. Told me UPS would have to come out and look at it and that would take 8 days. Then told me I had to return it. They received it and I called Marcus and he gave me the run around. Oh well, we have 300 emails to go thru and I don't know when I'll get to your return, blah, blah, blah. Kept calling Marcus who is quite the idiot - got him to tell me that he would process my credit. Called back 5 days later and had not received the credit yet. He promised again and I finally received it but it was $5.95 short of what it should have been. Word of advice, RECORD your conversations with Marcus, he lies like a rug. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER buy anything from NOBLE again!!! The Wand Holder was a cheap piece of crap and definitely not worth $75.

Today i received The Joker Cane replica from The Noble Collection and after seeing it in person i have to say that its a Beautiful piece!

The Cane overall truly shows quality especially from its stylishly decorated Die Cast handle.

The packaging was also fantastic and the item was very well protected.

This without a doubt is a must have for fans of Suicide Squad or Jared Letos Joker.
