Very bad experience
Was told to get there 15 mins early which I did and it was all locked up until 2 pm, so had to sit on the stairs and wait
Then the nurse was very rude and abrupt which if it wasn’t urgent I would have left straight away
She said she would email me the fact that I had the test done for the travel company but didn’t
All in all a very uncomfortable situation unlike my previous visits to you now closed clinic in Turnpike Lane who was all good friendly and polite

Everybody i met and their service…
Everybody i met and their service knowledge annd help was excellent. Booking the appointment on the website for visiting multiple countries was exceedingly poor. And The web gave me a 9.00 am appointment but doors to clinic do not open until 9.15. Nomad need to sort out a malfunctioning website that wasted lots of my time.

Ok but not filled with confidence
Not sure I have had all of the jabs I should really have. Nearly didn't get one that I definitely should have - given as an afterthought.
And the place is weird - not sure if anyone knows you are there and waiting. Just lots of doors with no-one at the reception area desk.

The clinic was easy to find, and Ivone was incredible - very friendly and professional, which made the appointment super easy and comfortable. The consultation was also very swift, and Ivone was very considerate and professional throughout. Overall, I had a great experience with Nomad at their London City clinic.
