Fraud
Fraud. I had booked and paid for a 3 night stay at Aperon Hotel in Copenhagen for a guest attending a conference, but she arrived one day later because of a cancelled flight. Aperon then forced me to cancel the whole stay, as I could not specify when the guest would arrive. When she did arrive, one day later, she was not able to access the room, although I had paid the full €10000 for the 3 nights. This is nothing less than fraud.
