The pillows ordered never arrived, emails went unanswered and they don't list a telephone contact number. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My husband had been suffering after a neck injury, and we had exhausted all options trying to find a pillow that would support his neck. We’d tried every shape and material we could think of. Then we spoke to Russell at Norfolk Feather Company. He took the time to understand the problem and recommended different options. He even sent my husband two different pillows to try. This was not only excellent customer service, but Russell’s knowledge really made a difference in helping to relieve my husband's discomfort. As a result, we found a suitable pillow, something that had felt impossible.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Norfolk Feather Company to anyone trying to find the right pillow. Excellent quality and truly personalised customer service.

They have the best feather pillows in the business, suited for a princess and the pea snob! Excellent customer service, I was impressed with the proactive approach.

We purchased a super king sized duvet…
We purchased a super king sized duvet from Norfolk Feather a couple of months ago, and we are extremely happy with our purchase. The 5 star quality has most definitely improved our sleep..thanks Norfolk Feather 😍

Quality gone downhill
Unfortunately since this company was sold and run by another corporation the quality has dropped, less feathers in duck pillows, less down ratio but huge price increases, I will be looking elsewhere for the perfect pillow, disappointed
