NWPW are a great company!
NWPW are a great company, they have sorted all my Nilfisk equipment with parts and accessories and I would not go anywhere else. the customer service is great and always get my order / machines in a realistic time frame, I cannot thank them enough.

North west power washers is a great…
North west power washers is a great company. I ordered a pressure washer and vacuum cleaner off them and cant fault them one bit. The staff are always friendly and cant do enough to help you. Even when you ring them about 20 times in a day with questions about what I needed. I 100% recommend this company for anyone who needs a pressure washer, vacuum or repair help and advice.

If you own a Nilfisk pressure washer, you'll need these people!
If you have the misfortune to own a Nilfisk pressure washer, you’ll need North West Power Washers! I have had Nilfisk machines for over 35 years. The first one (A Kew Hobby) lasted over 20 years, the 2nd lasted over 10 years, however my current machine lasted barely 6 months, reflecting the decrease in manufacturing quality over time.
I can’t recommend NWPW highly enough, not only did they correctly diagnose 2 x disabling faults with my rubbish machine (purchased from the official Nilfisk outlet store) from email alone they then sent me the direct links to their website for the correct parts. They then proceeded to help me with amazing support to ensure that I was able to fit the parts safely & properly by myself. Their customer service is beyond reproach, Nilfisk could learn from them. Long may you prosper...
