Always have fantastic customer service from the staff at Chiswick , the gentleman who I dealt with this morning was lovely ( forgot his name , but he only drinks ginger tea 🤣so I’m sure the staff will know who I mean )
Stacey is also really helpful and this evening on picking my car up Ibrahim , went over and beyond so polite , helped transfer the car seat from the courtesy car into mine , all these little things add up resulting in Fantastic Customer Service

The car that was online wasn't the same car they were selling. Also they took £99 to hold the car and latter on said that there was damage and scratches.Moreover the car was sent for test drive whilst I was to see the car in a day's time
I was told that someone else would take the car as it is.
The company is deceptive and do not trust the images online.

The car it comes incomplete.And it take so long to solve the issue.And I am still waiting more then a month
Avoid this company.Once they got your money they don't care any more.I've ask to replace the old brocken stickers and the people from service they told me to do it my self because they don't know how to do it.(what I did and I have to go somewhere else to professional people to do it).Not even to offer a compensation for the time lost

I am beyond frustrated with the shocking service from MG Chiswick. My vehicle developed issues that are fully covered under warranty. I first contacted MG Chiswick in July 2024, and they gave me a service appointment for September—a ridiculous two-month wait just to have my car looked at!
When I finally took my car in, they demanded my full service history, which I promptly provided. The warranty was approved, yet nothing was done. By November, I had to physically visit their office to demand answers, only to be told that they were attending to others who came before me. They promised it would be done in three weeks—that was months ago.
Fast forward to March 3rd, 2025, and my car is still not fixed! I have called them countless times, only to be given the same excuses:
"We’ll get back to you." (They never do.) "The person handling your case is on holiday." "We’ll send you an email." (No email ever comes.)
This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable! I purchased my MG ZS with just 14,000 miles on it, and I pay £283 every month for a car I can't even use! My daily commute and work life have been a nightmare, all thanks to MG’s absolute lack of care.
I even escalated my complaint to MG customer service, and they did absolutely nothing—not a call, not an update, nothing!
If you’re considering MG, DON’T. Never rely on MG Chiswick. Never trust MG. They do not care about their customers. I will be making a formal complaint, but in the meantime, let this be a warning—stay far away from MG and their disgraceful service!

Part exchanged my old MG for a demonstrator MG. Was very happy with the purchase and service until a week later. I noticed the rear parcel shelf was missing. This was my mistake for not checking the car properly before leaving the showroom. I called the showroom several times and no one bothered to get back to me. Luckily I got in contact with the business manager (Tharu) who was extremely helpful and replaced it. I am now a happy customer and would recommend Chiswick MG. Just be sure to check the entire vehicle before leaving the showroom.

Easier and faster service than our expectations, professional and nice treatment. Very satisfied by the car that drives smoothly and responds very well to acceleration. Confortable and safe with less noise. I highly recommend.
