This is the first time i have ordered something from not on the high street, i have to say i am very impressed. I purchased a personalised bangle for my friend, it arrived quicker than expected and the quality was excellent, however there was a problem with the date on the coin, i raised the issue and i have to say the service I received was EXCEPTIONAL- problem acknowledged and i received a new order the very next day, too have a problem acknowledged, email reply and re-issued and taken delivery in the space of 24 hours is exceptional. Thank you not on the high street and Ellie Ellie. Absolutely brilliant and i will be definitely be shopping with you again.
Because the items weren’t going to arrive when I needed them I cancelled the order and they have been very good in helping me with this

Unfortunately my order didn't arrive, however Customer Services were prompt in issuing a refund. Very impressed with how quickly it was resolved.
I ordered an item 15th March and my money was taken almost straight away, then I found out it would be delayed only by searching to see when I would be receiving it. I have sent 5/6 emails and all I’ve really received back is would I like to cancel it and not when I will be receiving it or I will be receiving an email from the seller within 1 working day which doesn’t happen. It is now 11th April and I am still waiting on my item or an email telling me when I will be getting it. Almost a month waiting for standard delivery

I hadn't received any order confirmation or delivery details but the payment went onto my bank, pending as it was a bank holiday. I sent emails to NOTHS& M & D, this morning I called M & D & spoke to Beth, who told me to contact them if no news by Friday.
However, in your recent email, the order has been cancelled as it can't be processed. This isn't a good 1st experiencevof this app. It may be beneficial to have a customer service phone number as emails & chats cross over each other & communication is poor.

The item never arrived, the seller was unhelpful and did not resolve the issue.
Customer service at Not on the High Street did nothing to support me and just referred back to the seller.
Solved it myself by getting a refund via PayPal.

Not one, but two deliveries that have turned up without any notification and now I have to do the chasing. PLEASE don't think it's "the Seller's" responsibility as products are bought through your website!
Time to find another outlet for my purchases.
