Disreputable and Dishonest
No Voodoo (Angus Education) marketed my small business for approximately 8 months and charged a monthly fee of £1000. I was dissatisfied with the service at such a high cost and concerned due to recent requests for more money. After parting ways with them they used all of my data (which they had asked for ) to set up a business competing directly with me. They already had my customer database, google ads account, facebook ads, profit margins and access to my website articles and blogs - they used this to contact my suppliers and set up a very niche business replicating mine.
Whilst undoubtedly this is shocking and dishonest behaviour for a 'professional' marketing company it also highlights just how bad they are at marketing. If No Voodoo were successful at all they wouldn't need to steal their clients business ideas - yet they are now focusing their attention on baby retail from their No Voodoo address. The two 'professional marketers' who took care of my account are the ones now working in this new business rather than working as marketers themselves !
I sincerely hope that this is read by anyone considering working with No Voodoo so that they can protect themselves and their income from this terrible company.
