Just recently booked another ski holiday through NUCO. Pricing is competitive and transparent. The Range of Accommodation is good .The Website is clear and easy to use . Tailoring the booking to include what we needed was simple. However, the main thing that makes me return to NUCO is the customer service. The staff are very knowledgable and extremely helpful
and on hand to promptly answer any question or query. Big shout out to Will who has been a great help 2 years running ! - Other wonderful staff members are also available to support you in having a great time in the mountains!

I couldn’t recommend Harry highly…
I couldn’t recommend Harry highly enough. He has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire booking process and has gone above and beyond to help our group.
We had a group booking of 17 people, and unfortunately there were some complications with the accommodation and pricing which were completely outside of our control. Harry was incredibly patient, professional and understanding throughout what could have been a very stressful situation.
What really stood out was that Harry didn’t just give us the standard response — he actually took the time to listen to our concerns, went back to his management team on our behalf and managed to get the original accommodation price reinstated, which made a significant difference for the whole group.
He was always quick to respond, clear in his communication and genuinely seemed to care about getting the best possible outcome for us. Even when there were things outside his control, he continued to do everything he could to help.
For a group of 17 students organising a ski trip, having someone as helpful and reliable as Harry dealing with the booking made a huge difference. His customer service has been exceptional from start to finish.
Harry is a credit to NUCO Travel and absolutely deserves recognition for the way he handled our booking. We really appreciate all the work he put in and will definitely be recommending NUCO to others because of the experience we’ve had with him.

Sean was super helpful, the place we had reserved online didn’t have any more space and the alternative was more pricey, but Sean got in touch quickly and provided us with a much more affordable and better apartment- excited for our trip!

Best value for money ski holidays you can get.
On this occasion the return transfer bens bus left the depot 5 mins before the departure time given in my email so I had to stand in the middle road and stop it. There were 2 nuco reps on board that knew it left early and didn’t stop the driver but did help me convince the driver to let me on. I would have arrived about a minute before the departure time so it was partially my fault, I should’ve been there a touch earlier.

We are so sorry to hear about the stressful scramble with your return transfer. Standing in the road to stop a departing bus is definitely not the way we want you to end your holiday!
We wanted to gently clarify a quick detail: because this was booked as a independent holiday package, we didn't actually have any of our own staff present in the resort or on that transfer. It’s highly likely those helpful reps actually belonged to the bus company itself, but we are incredibly glad they were there to step in and ensure the driver let you on!
We really appreciate your honesty about the timing, and we will certainly pass this feedback along to the transfer provider so they can ensure their drivers stick strictly to the scheduled departure times.

Fun & Reliable Ski Holidays to Book
Used a voucher I got from the University Ski Trip last year. Saved money on flights, coach transfers, accommodation and equipment hire. The team was responsive and helpful when I had trouble finding the outbound coach transfer. Thanks to them, I had an amazing trip!

The company was great and the booking was easy but they had not chosen the best accommodation to partner with for our trip. Despite issues, our amazing room rep Georgia Facer was on hand to help us and provide solutions. She was a really friendly face and kept checking in on us and sorted out most of our problems. She was great to chat to and helped make a great experience!
