I have been taking Nu Mind supplements for the last 3 months and I cannot tell you how much it has improved my own wellbeing. Not only have I seen daily stress decline over time of taking these supplements, I've also noticed the vast improvement of sleep. The price may seem high at initial glance but I can't tell you how much I've noticed a change in my own lifestyle.

Since taking the supplements I feel much more in the moment, like I can feel the smile on my face return.
My head is a lot less busy, normally when I’m at any sort of gathering my inner monologue is really loud but with the supplements I can be more present.
I’ve also noticed my eyebrow hair and beard are thicker.

Love this product! The fact that the supplements addresses physical AND mental wellbeing is great. Also, the convenience of having all the tablets in one sachet means I don't have the hassle of opening and storing different vitamins and remembering to take them!
