It is impossible to communicate with this company. I accidentally ordered an item and immediately begged them to cancel it. This was a weekend yet they still claimed to have posted it. The packet arrived the following Thursday! I am £20 out of pocket, and they have never responded to any of my messages. I will not buy from these people again. In fact buying through Etsy is a mistake that I won't repeat as they seem to stand between the supplier and the client.

Ordered Jiaogulan from Nutracore on eBay, the product claims 600mg of 10:1 extract but is far weaker than other brands 150mg capsules. It's easy to measure the effect Jiaogulan has on my blood pressure and this brand does nothing at all. They managed to have my negative eBay review removed - which is probably why they have 100% positive feedback showing. Of the five old negative feedback scores showing, three of them claim the products are weak or ineffective. I think the company has low or no content of the herbs it claims it is selling.
