Only had 2 of 6 items ordered delivered. Contacted the king and said would be delivered on Monday. It’s now Sunday and nothing. Contacted again in the week and no response. I’ve contacted my bank to recoup funds

I understand that this is a very unique shop. This shop is selling very rare fruits that most people probably haven't even heard of and it's a great opportunity to receive rare fruits without traveling across the world. Many fruits listed might be out of season but at least they are trying. I would recommend keeping receiving these rare items in list of things to do. Thanks.

Would have got 5 but for the lack of response to emailed enquiry. Otherwise the fruit ordered was fine.

These clowns should stick to juggling fruit instead of selling it
these clowns told me my limes would be here two days ago, after placing an order a week ago. I followed up because I had received no further information about the order or tracking details. Was assured that they would be here two days ago, again I followed up and requested a refund and was told they were in the mail and would be delivered today (a week from placing the order). limes have still not arrived and were critical for a time-sensitive pie-related event. Holiday party is going to be a bust.
