NVS Pharmacy as a whole is amazing. They have consistently gone above and beyond to help me find the right eczema creams, recommending products that truly make a difference and even including helpful samples with my orders. Their customer service, both over the phone and via email, is always kind, supportive, and stress-free. I’m still using this pharmacy years after first discovering them, which really speaks to the quality of their service.

We found this unassuming shop, it's actually a Chemist at 46 Baker Street, London W1.
They have an amazing stock of these type of Rocker Bottom Shoes, Sandals, & Boots for both men and women.
I've only found MBT footwear available online for UK, but if you get your size wrong, you have to return them back to Spain at your cost and it's a real hassle to do that.
Go here, the service was great, no pushy sales people, space to sit down and think about your purchase, making sure they fit properly.
I'll definitely be going back again for more, when I've saved up again😄👍

The Clarins set I ordered was nicely packaged, even better than I expected - and a hand written note on the invoice informing me that they’d put a small item I ordered inside the main package. Really impressed by the standard of service and their competitive prices.

I ordered a clarins gift set from NVS pharmacy and it was my first online order with this retailer so I was wary. I cannot praise this retailer enough I was kept informed of order and despatch. they send me a product which is not same picture with the website. called them and explain the problem and they said its written at the description and if you wanna return products back to us you need the pay for a return label and you need to post it by yourself bla bla bla. i definetly didnt get quality service and also quality customer service. i recommend to you guys think twice before place an order.

Excellent Company ,I ordered some Dr Hauschka Skin Care items and NVS Pharmacy had the best price . The items were dispatched in good time bonus to receive some samples which I appreciate . I would definitely recommend this company will use them again for my next Dr Hauschka Order.

I’ve ordered a few times from NVS and find them consistently efficient as well as being consistently cheaper than other outlets. I will continue to order from them whenever I need my Clarins products.

On 6th December I ordered aftershave for my husbands birthday which is today (20th). There was an issue with the supplier and NVS contacted me at every stage. I have never had such good communications from a company. At every stage they said I could have a refund without question. As I wanted the product I kept my order. NVS sent it out first class to me and it arrived today just in time! The product is lovely and genuine, I do have concerns that all after shaves are not genuine but I have no doubt this is the real deal. Also in the box were some freebies which is fantastic and greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using you again.

My order didn’t process for a few days and they only tell me that is out of stock until I queried

They have issued refund however I can’t see this coming to my bank account like 10 days later so I queried again however they don’t bother to reply me anymore

I found NVS Pharmacy doing a Google search for an item I was looking for. This is now the third time I have ordered from this company. I am extremely happy with the service, I always look forward to the samples they put in the parcel. I intend to now buy one of the items I sampled.
