Good transaction but poor communication.
I did not receive an acknowledgement of my order by email nor did I receive a notice when my order shipped. Those things are pretty much standard with other online shopping sites.
On the other hand, the hats I ordered are terrific and arrived in good condition and well packaged.

Custom Embroidery Hats
Seriously impressed with how the hats turned out. The embroidery looks awesome, and they kept in touch the whole time so I always knew what was going on. Super easy to work with and just all-around solid service. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and telling everyone I know. Highly recommend!

I'll be honest with my review I did like the company at first they would ship fast and I processed orders fairly quickly to as well. But my last couple orders they took a long time to process and ship them. I also got sent wrong items on 2 different orders. My very last order with them was a delayed shipment and I didn't get my order in time for my event. Consistency is key and this company does not seem to have that anymore.
