My husband had a vest made by your company and he wanted a few more colors.
I ordered 2 more. The package came and the packing slip said both were in the bag but there was only one.
I called your customer service and got immediate help to get the second vest.
The vests that came were not the same as his favorite one. I had ordered the wrong ones. Again I spoke with customer service and was helped to order 3 of his favorite . The rep spent a lot of time helping me find the product id number. And she vowed to help me return the product he didn’t like.

Everything I ordered was as expected and described. My only concern was that I was not alerted that my order was coming in multiple packages on different days. The tracking info and all emails just stated one package. I gave it a couple of days and sure enough the rest of my order arrived. Worth 5 stars and I'll be back but you get 4 stars cause I'm already anxious enough. I didn't need that extra stress.

Great pricing on Russell t-shirts. The price of shipping is very high comparatively (this may explain the price of the shirts). The packaging is just a plain poly bag, which causes wrinkles in the product. Giving four stars overall…product is exactly what I wanted. Shipping four business days, a bit slow for the price paid (US - state to state).
