Matt was super helpful and sorted my issue within seconds. The best customer service in the store in Liverpool one. I have never had an issue sorted so quickly and he was exceptionally helpful, understanding and friendly.

Great service
Matt in the Liverpool one shop was quick, efficient, and friendly. It was a bonus I was offered a cold bottle of water during a heatwave.

My visit to O2 Liverpool 1
I visited O2 Liverpool 1 with a problem about a refund due to me. The customer service ALEJO provided was excellent. He spent time trying different ways to ensure that I would receive my refund that had apparently been sent to my previous address as O2 had not updated my details. What a pleasant & helpful member of staff nothing was too much trouble - a 5 star service, a big improvement on my previous experiences with O2 staff!
