Second time I’ve bought a watch from Oakleigh. Perfect customer experience. Very knowledgable, very helpful, highly competitive pricing and most importantly of all entirely trustworthy. I always send friends and family to Oakleigh because it’s an experience they repeat for all customers.

Traded in my Breitling Superocean for an Omega Planet Ocean chronograph and got a very realistic offer from Giles at Oakleigh, who is really responsive to any queries. Watch came in attractive Oakleigh wrap and stickers and contained professional cards and paperwork along with the watch and its box contents too. Excellent dealer: to be recommended.

Contacted Oakleigh via their number and spoke to Giles. Incredibly polite and informative and ended up arranging an appointment to view a watch of interest. Upon arrival were welcomed by their team and Giles showered us the watch as well as providing all the information required. Brilliant service and will recommend to all going forward.

Whilst browsing the Oakleigh Luxury Watches website, I found a vintage Omega Constellation that I instantly loved. Unfortunately, it had been sold, but Giles had another one with a different strap. His passion, professionalism and knowledge make the whole buying and selling experience an excellent one. I recently consigned a Rolex with Oakleigh and have just bought another. I recently used Giles/Oakleigh for the part exchange of a timepiece. An incredibly simple and trouble free process. A no nonsense valuation on each piece was put out there in a perfectly transparent way and from there in a matter of minutes the transaction was agreed and the part exchange piece immediately dispatched. Giles responds quickly to enquiries too. On the whole, well recommended. I am going to be looking for a timepiece for my 60th birthday and I know where I will be starting my search!

After a recent issue with the watch that I bought, Giles was extremely helpful in resolving the problem with a promise that a full refund would be issued if we were not happy. I hadn’t realised that an automatic watch would need a kickstart if it had not been worn for a while to get the auto wind mechanism working. His expertise was gratefully received and I am very happy with his help and my beautiful watch.
