Oak pig ear handrail. I contacted the company to check profile dimensions of the handrail. Phoning, I was answered quickly and Hayley sent me a drawing immediately. Needing the handrail in a week’s time, I contacted Hayley again who helped me get shipment straight away. My handrail arrived the very next morning, I was amazed! Traditional excellent service.

Terrible I placed a 1500£ order to witch upon delivery The driver has fraudulent signed for himself as no one was home, and then upon arrival home from work nothing was there it's been weeks now too and from and still no closer to sloving the problem please avoid at all cost as Chelsea there rep is just passing the blame and seem to have no interest,now they have my money! Iam no closer to solving this problem!!!! 2 months on its totally unacceptable
