Very helpful and responsive staff via text messaging and on the ground. Apt was comfortable, clean and functional. Great location. Bedrooms off court yard relatively quiet.

Our stay is Paris was an amazing experience and part of that was the apartment we resided in for the week. Its comfort and location offered us the opportunity to truly relax and feel “at home”. We only encountered one issue that was quickly addressed and resolved…and on a Sunday. Could not recommend our stay at this Oasis property enough.

The trip was excellent and hassle free. The apartment was very well kept, very quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Heb directly behind the complex was extremely convenient.

Thoroughly enjoyed my month-long stay in this lovely apartment. Excellent location, well equipped, quality furnishings and tasteful decor. The support team was super responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was more than we expected. Very comfortable and great spot convenient to everything. Loved how easy the parking situation was. Everyone we came in contact with in the building was super nice. Amazing communication, very responsive. Stay was very comfortable. We felt very taken care of.

We were in Phuket few days and went to Oasis of Phuket Town bar and restaurant for a few drinks and food.Really enjoyed our visit on both occasions.Beer who dealt with us was very helpful, friendly and cheerful.I would have no hesitation in recommending both the bar, restaurants and staff at Oasis of Phuket.
Property owners be warned.
Oasis Collection managed our property on two separate occasions for nearly half a year. During this period, we did not have a single corporate booking although they told us that most of the bookings would be derived from corporate bookings. It was the basis of our engagement with the company. Eventually when we received some bookings via Airbnb and booking.com, the revenue for these bookings amounted to less than 1/3 of our normal proceeds when self-hosted. Oasis refused to provide any transparency about the booking details and the details they did provide didn't add up. A request to finance directly to respond to our finance queries ended up with finance telling us to contact the UK Supply Manager because he was dealing with the matter. Mind you, our initial conversation with the UK Supply Manager hinged on getting info regarding finance queries from the Finance team — we were just being passed around. When the first payment was due to us, they didn't timely pay per the contract terms (this is after waiting 30 days at least for them to ‘process’ monies owed to us) and they tried to blame our bank processes (we have a UK current account and e-transfers are instantaneous). Because we realised that the promise of a minimum amount to at least cover our mortgage monthly would never happen given how they ran their operation, we terminated our contract and tried to honour existing bookings. However, as we tried to get more details about the offboarding procedure and running ops in parallel, it became clear that this company did not have a handover/transition procedure in place and were trying to come up with it on the fly. As they didn't pay us on time (a breach of an essential element of our contract) and proposed to cancel the existing bookings (Oasis said it wouldn’t work because there is no trust which is true), we honoured the last existing booking but removed their access to the property as they clearly couldn't be trusted and we were concerned with what they would do to the property. The guests’ stay was not affected but Oasis tried to make all sort of pretext about guests being locked out (note that we spoke with the guests directly at least 40 min before and their access was fine)and we received a threatening text from Oasis that will be calling the police if we didn’t allow the guests back into the property. They then came back to us and made up all sorts of cancelation fees and cleaning/ collection fees on the fly out of malice rather than mutually agreeing to part ways without extorting fees/penalties that were not properly disclosed in the contract that they themselves drafted and not subject to negotiation.
They misled about being able to do same day check out check in bookings (one of the main reasons why the projection they provided of 80% up occupancy was impossible to achieve)
They misled us that Oasis was exempt of the 90 days Airbnb limitation in London. In discussion with the revenue management, he said that the limitation actually applied to Oasis.
The intentionally lied about the payments being delayed by our banks, when after 4 days they sent the money owed using a Chaps payment but then did not pay out the full amount. For our most recent March booking, they decided not to pay us on time again and have threatened to keep these monies as penalties for cancelling the bookings. No where in Oasis contract did it provide for offsetting or withholding of undisputed sums. So, in conclusion, unless are prepared to go through the rollercoaster of dealing with this company’s what can only be described as dodgy operation, we would warn you to stay clear of engaging with Oasis. You are better off doing this yourself or working with other property managers to help with managing your property.
So let's be clear....I have been coming here mostly during the day time, but recently on June 30, 2024, I went in after 5pm.
There was a guy there, who I have seen before during shift changes and he does have a racist attitude......!
I have seen with my own eyes, on a previous account in which someone poured bleached into this man wash.....idk who did it....., but of course the person is upset...!
Well this person (AH type) instead of trying to calm the guy and help him...immediately stated that he would call the police if he didn't accept what happened and "just deal with it". WOW! Really.
In my instance I was going back and forth loading my vehicle and when I stepped away and came back...this guy was all over my stuff......moving my carts and closing dryer doors (my clothes were still inside).
I said excuse me, could you leave my stuff alone, why are you touching my stuff, I am not finished.
He then protested in anger...and when I said "could you go please", he once AGAIN stated that he would call the police......but he said it quietly.....as he passed me.
I stated that I would contact the laundry mat owner and inform him of what had happened.
But this guy really "NEEDS" a reckoning!
This was by far my best experience. From reception to cleaning staff they all walk the extra mile to help and please the customers.

My husband and I stayed in the most wonderful and magical apartment in Barcelona! It was HUGE, bright, modern, and had an amazing view of the harbour, as well as a rooftop pool.
We felt very safe with keypad locks and keys, as well as a concierge, and it was in a nice neighbourhood.
We honestly wish we could just move into this apartment and never leave.
