Oberobiz Avis 350

I stupidly purchased a product from Wowcher - advert had photos of the original Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum cream, but if you look closely in other photos they have copied the design calling it Body Bum cream. I contacted Oberobiz to call out their false advertising they said they would investigate if I paid to return the package with return postage costing more than the original item (£5.99 + £2.99 P&P), my fault for not recognising a too good to be true price. Be careful buying from this company, also note package was delivered from from HK.

Bought voucher on Wowcher and paid £3.99 on top for postage. No item received so they are not only making money on fake voucher items but also fake postage. Avoid.

Totally scammed after purchasing a voucher through wowcher. I was supposed to receive an epilator from this company but instead received a bike break pad. So not even remotely close to what I ordered. I can see now that this has been going on for months and from other people that wowcher aren’t remotely interested in helping.

Ordered what was supposed to be a waterproof wetsuit/swimming changing bag, it was a wowcher deal, what I received could only be described as the inner lining of the bag! When I contacted Oberobiz to say the item I received did not match the description of the item I ordered, they tried to fob me off by saying what I received was actually a superior quality product...It most certainly was not! They also tried to charge me postage to return it! I returned it and got a full refund through wowcher. I personally will not be ordering from Oberobiz or Wowcher again. Neither company offered an apology for sending an item that did not match the description of the product I ordered.

Absolute rubbish received!! Wowcher now passed to Obero to deal with.

I could not leave a zero rating, or I would have. They promised to get back to me after 05/05/25, still waiting, product I received is absolute rubbish !! Do not buy anything with them !!!!
Wowcher will be informed too !!

Ordered a jacket via wowcher (another set of crooks) delivered 4 weeks later via Yodel ( bigger crooks than obero and wowcher put together). The quality is dire!
No wonder Trump wants to impose huge tariffs on china if this is the best that country can offer.
Bought through klarna, but as wowcher are not allowing me to sign in - even though I KNOW the password I'm using is correct. I just have to write this one off...

I only received I ordered 3 they said my other 2 expired as they were vouchers from wowcher surely they would see it was x3 and send out together they won't send me the other products or refund me they are no help and there attitude stinks I won't buy from either company anymore

Sent faulty item, failed to resolve issue

You know that saying "when something to good to be true...?" Wellapply it to this company.

Recently ordered an item via Wowcher from them. The item arrived a little late but I wasn't worried by that. The item that arrived wasn't what was ordered, instead a cheap knock off that didn't meet the advertised description in many ways.

I've now returned the item under the advertised no quibble refund - I've sent it tracked and signed for, but am yet to receive my refund.

If I could have left no stars I would.

I ordered a microphone via Wowcher. It refuses to connect to my computer so is completely useless. The instructions that came with it are for a different microphone, I can't find any information online that fits the microphone they sent me, suggesting it's a ripoff imitation of the real one and the website provides no way of contacting them to complain.

OH MY GOODNESS 99% bad reviews, well deserved.
Purchased a Pilates reformer board. Plastic was such low grade the bed bent while trying to do arm pulls. One of the gliders kept sticking at the halfway point. I complained and did a video showing the fault and their response was “ it could work smoothly after using it fluently” . To me this was no guarantee it would ever work properly and as it was faulty would they please provide me with prepaid postage label so I could return it for a refund they replied as it wasn’t faulty I would have to pay the postage!!! So in one email admitting it wasn’t working properly and in the next saying it wasn’t faulty!!! Fortunately I purchased through Klarna who has stopped further payments. As previous reviewers have stated why do Wowcher have them on the site. Wowcher were just as bad instead of treating me as an individual with a problem that didn’t fit into their box they just kept sending me generic text messages on WhatsApp hoping that one of these would do, wished I could put a review on Wowcher to stop anyone else being conned. So far spent a week trying to get either one of these companies to sort this out, who’s going to pay me?

Has anyone even checked that the website is not even working.... like its not existing ???? The email you send responses too never is replied it's just very creepy. Is anyone in customer service!!!

Shocking company,why do Wowcher deal with these people,bought 2 bundles of hair care ,one for me and my daughter.
Bundles are no such thing and only received 1 item from each other , contacted company and Alice asked would I accept compensation,said no give me other items or refund,had no answer to that ,so going down the refund route ,which I will either get from them or bank ,Wowcher do not advertise these crooks !!!

Very bad company. I ordered 2 items from them, paid 2x for delivery. They sent only one. When i asked what happened when i can expect the another one, they said that they can give me £5 refund ( i spent £19.98). I declined the offer so they said that i need to return my order on my cost, what order if i didn't receive it

Not worth 1 star Manual coffee press from Obero
I bought a Manual coffee press from Obero using Wowcher. It has broken within 9 months with normal usage. The product is only covered for 90 days for replacement or refund. A similar product from a reputable company has a 12 month warranty. There is no additional protection for credit card users since you buy the voucher and not the product. It's a scam and I won't use them again.

Used Yodel to deliver parcel who promptly left it by my bins in full view of the Street. Parcel was not there when I got home. Contacted Oberobiz who refused to help. Needless to say I will not use them again.

Ordered a Taylor Swift-inspired advent calendar in 11/2024. The first 8 surprises were the exact same with the 24 items differing significantly from that which was advertised via Wowcher.

It took me over three months to get a full refund. Their automated customer service responses were littered with grammatical and spelling errors. Will never use these, or Wowcher for that matter, again.

It’s a great shame you have to rate Obero Biz with a star rating as they do not even deserve any stars, they need to be put in the GARBAGE 🗑️ along with their products!!! I purchased a cordless “hoover” from them which turned out to be no more than a doll’s toy!!! I spent several months trying to get a refund from them which turned that after threatening them with legal action, started to play ignorant asking me to supply them with all the photos and videos I had provided to them in the first few days of my purchase! How are these companies/Scammers /Thieves allowed to trade is beyond me! WoWchers should never encourage trading with these people as it gives WoWcher a bad name and reputation. I will never trust them again and it makes me very weary to buy another voucher from WoWcher, which is such a shame, as I am sure there are some very good deals to be found on their website. OBERO should be looked into by the Trading Standards Ombudsman as they are online Thieves!!!

Ordered 2 tubs of Bum Bum cream, received (very late) one shabby tub of something called lakerain cream, going straight in to the bin. Why is Wowcher still dealing with this company ? it's a complete scam !
