First experience dealing with OCL Solicitors and have no hesitation recommending to others. My telephone consult took place with Jack Wroe, a trainee solicitor soon to be full practicing solicitor. Service from start to finish was excellent. Jack outlined the case facts and provided an overview of possible outcomes, weighing up pros and cons of each. Presented as very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Despite not being able to proceed in full with the case, he offered support in corresponding with offending party. A credit to OCL and the wider legal profession.

I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault in December 2025 whilst pregnant. My insurance company outsourced the claim resolution to one call claims, who hounded me with constant phone calls whilst at work (a specialist nurse, often in clinic with patients when these phone calls were received) asking for me to complete endless forms and at one point demanding that I give them evidence of three months of my pay slips. All of this for a claim which was non- fault. This was a continuous source of stress for me throughout my pregnancy as it took this company 8 months to claim the money back from the third party, for repairs that had already been completed. I will not be using this company again.

Fantastic service they kept us up to date every step of the way constant emails keeping us in the loop I would highly recommend them .and with a shadow of a doubt would have them as first port Of call for any future needs 5 stars from me and thanks again

From the first phone call, immediately after the car accident, to the final 'all sorted' communication, we were kept informed and supported.
Our initial contact was at a point of stress and panic, away on holiday and hit by another driver. We were supported and had everything explained clearly.
The periodic checking-in calls and emails have been reassuring and informative in a timely way.

The whole experience has been quite a trying one , from the day a poor driver collided with my car but as soon as Daniel Shepherd took on my case it became a possitive .
