they successfully defended the case and the third party solicitor withdrew their case and closed the file

I found Nicola to be very thorough and always answered my questions quickly and diligently but disappointed with the length of time it has taken to fruition. I am not saying that its her fault but could be due to the other side not being as diligent in answering queries. I have always found the company to be quick on answering queries and would use them again should I be in an unfortunate position to need them.

We were slightly in the dark over a “credit hire agreement” was when we got what we thought was a courtesy car, but as ours was “an open & shut case” & a no fault claim, it did run smoothly in the end, we were kept up to date with progress, we were disappointed that our car was written off & were forced into buying a fresh replacement earlier than we had wanted but at least nobody was hurt & were back on the road now
