I have purchased several laptops from OCM and they have all been great.
Paul was really helpful and gave me loads of advice both before and after I received my laptop which was really helpful.
I really do recommend this company, the laptop and service were great and it was really good value for money too.

The Tablet was in pristine condition at a quarter of the price when purchased new.

Single use/transaction feedback...
I normally do not give feedback when I am not a regular customer as it only represents a single point in time when things could've gone either way. However, in this occasion I was quite satisfied.
Product quality was excellent which it perfectly matched the product rating on their website. Great customer service, keeping direct contact with me and working with me to ensure I receive my product at the time that suited me with no hesitation to make changes I required.
Note that I am still testing the product with everyday use but so far I haven't spot anything wrong with a refurbished product. So overall pleasantly surprised of the service and product received. Happy to endorse or recommend OCM based on a single experience.
