OHO Pro Smartwatch Avis 104

I bought two watches one for myself and one for my friend, my watch stopped working, I contacted OHO and they said nothing they can do, because the watch only has a 30 day warranty, I bought the watches 2.50 months ago. They never offered to fix it and said nothing they can do, they did offer me another watch for a price 3 different prices, the lowest being $33.00. However only having the watch for a short time, I feel they should have gave me another one for free or at least offer to fix this one. Needless to say I am very unhappy with these people. If they cant back the watch then people should know not to buy this product, as much as I like the watch I would never buy from them again. Being a senior citizen I cannot afford to keep buying watches.

Ask a question from the OHO team and response was fast. Didn't have to wait too long for a reply.

Great watches. My wife and I purchased 1 each. We love them. It does so much for the price. Does not allow you to make a call, but you see your texts and calls coming in. You can even dismiss a call from the watch. But this watch was for our health. It does EKG, blood pressure, blood oxygen, heart rate and more. Well worth the price. Even when one of them gave us an issue, the support staff was quick to reply and corrected the issue. I recommend highly.

Great customer service, had a small problem and watch was replaced within days

bought this watch mainly to track sleep. watch will not stay connected. to nights no reading for sleep .so will use only for daytime use. will use my itouch watch at night. better watch. should t have to use two watches will use this one as backup wast of money

Support was very helpful and fair handling accidental damage to the watch by providing a generous discount even though I had not purchased full warranty. I recommend the extra warranty, too easy to have a dumb accident.

As to the watch and app, they have exceeded expectations.

I bought this oho pro smart watch I was informed that it could take and make calls but it does not asked to return it and they sent me an email saying they would give me $20 refund to keep the watch there is no way that you can speak to anyone in person it’s all done by email I do not recommend this watch it all I sliced my finger open on the metal band as well and I am still in the process of trying to get it returned the email states it will cost them money to return it or you serious??? Therefore I am out of 89 bucks I spent on this watch to sit in the drawer until they decide to except the return which probably won’t be until after the time limit has expired

The watch works great. Hardest part is initial turn on. Make sure it's fully charged. The charger is picky tho. If it moves a little bit, it stops charging. Customer service is fast & helpful. The manual says that if it's to small to read, there's an online manual. Problem is, it's written in same tiny print. I didn't know it didn't have a microphone or a speaker, so can't answer calls, or call out. For the price, it does what I wanted. Blood pressure & ecg. Any other watch that does this is over $200. Customizing face is cool. Thank you.

I needed the support of customer service to fix an issued I had with my watch, they did and solved the issue and their communications was excellent. Ian is the best.

I am very pleased with the OHO watch and all the functions that it provides. I had an issue during the set up and their Customer Service was extremely helpful, answering my questions and getting the watch up and running!

Great product, I love the blood pressure feature.

Most functions are OK. Don't like the step count function to be linked to the movement of my arm.

instructions impossible to read,no clear way to get watch to function properly.

The instruction book is very tiny and hard to read. I don't think I completely understand all the things it will do because I can't read the instruction book.

IT IS A VERY NICE VERY FLEXABLE, STYLISH.ANYWAY YOU WANNA SAY IT,IT IS A GOOD WATCH AND A GOOD DEAL, FOR ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES, I WAS REALLY TAKEN BACK AT THE THE TECHNOLOGY WE ACTUALLY LIVE IN AND THIS WATCH IS PROOF.
THAT BEING SAID, I DO HAVE A MINOR COMPLAINT.....IT DOESNT WORK, WILL NOT PAIR TO MY WATCH, I BOUGHT A $20 SPECIAL AND WORKS FINE, BUT NO CLASS ,AND HAS NO HEALTH SETTINGS,PRETTY MUCH A WALKIE TALKIE DICK TRACY STYLE. AND TAHATS ABOUT IT MARK D
