Olg proline/Pools biggest scam. Years ago NFL pools were closer to 1Mil Dollars. Years later and more people playing it's around or less than 300k. OLG keeping most of the pool. Not worth playing. We are suckers.

The withdrawl process on the app is archaic. It shouldn’t take 3-5+ business days to receive any winnings. Especially if they are $1000 or less. Other sites pay you out pretty well immediately, or within the hour. What are they doing on their end that requires a manual review that takes this long??? Online help and chat doesn’t actually help with anything. Just automated robot responses stating their policy. I will not be playing on this anymore.

Then try after 1:30AM and suddenly the games seem more reasonable. The online help will tell you its random but so is pulling an ace from a deck of cards, we assume there are 4 aces but if the casino removes 3 aces, our odds just went to hell and we don't know we're spinning dead.

OLG preach is responsible Gmaing. Yet this organize is a monopoly and only control certain site. But, they have total control and are the worst for pushing/marketing/advertising for people to gamble. Yet, when. You ask for help they do nothing.

Never had so much trouble getting my $500 prize that I won using the OLG app
I've contacted them online through the live chat the agent said I just needed a void cheque to get my $ I was emailed a few days later that I did not have the proper documents. Tried contacting them at 7pm and they were closed. They should have better hours for people that need to contact them after work. Seriously thinking of not using the OLG APP AGAIN

Really starting to think the OLG is a scam, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on scratch tickets and lottery tickets and can’t even win a free ticket anymore, no one has that much bad luck that they can’t find even one $3 winning scratcher after spending like $400 on them! I used to win occasionally $3 here $50 there on scratch tickets and on the lottery tickets I used to win free tickets or some money here and there but now it’s like there’s no winners being made anymore and the lottery it feels like they’re taking all the tickets that have been bought and then picking numbers that have not been combined in a ticket so nobody can win. I’m done with the OLG they’ve takin enough of my hard working money!!!

Definitely taking advantage of customers. You can't win no matter what you deposit or play. I'm on a break, and hopefully that will lead to a boycott altogether. It's just a constant loss. Take your money on the website no problem, win and try to get it back, good luck. They want a lot of information. They don’t require any info when they take your money, but when it flows the other way, they make it tough.
