Well what a journey I have been on! I have been through one sale and 3 purchases with Oliver & Co. I had the pleasure of Elan and her team guiding me and doing the whole process with myself. Unfortunately due to different circumstances I had to pull out of 2 purchases but we got there on the third, Charlotte Doherty - Jones was brilliant, she was calm and cool through the whole process with gives me a lot of confidence in her work and us getting through the rubbish bits. I would recommend Oliver & Co time and time again! Thank you so much Elan & Charlotte.

Everything from start to finish was communicated well and felt smooth from our side. This is the 2nd property we've completed with Oliver & Co and we have full trust that the team are honest and work hard to make sure nothing is missed - thanks to Alistair especially as the grade II listed leashold was not an easy one to handle.

Used Oliver&Co for conveyancing as a first time buyer and the experience was very positive. The whole process was smooth and painless, Anita and her team (Georgia, Nina, Kay, Viv, Carla, Tracy) were all lovely and professional throughout and provided a great service from start to finish. The whole process took 3 months and they made sure everything was done properly with great attention to detail, while having my best interest as a client. They were always quick to reply to my emails and explain everything clearly in terms I’d understand and they kept me informed with regular updates throughout the entire process via their app, so I’d know when the next step was completed, saving me having to chase for updates. I would like to say thank you to the whole team and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for good quality conveyancing when buying a house.

Great experience with Oliver & co solicitors. Tracy acted as our conveyancer when we bought our first house and then later again when we sold it and bought another one. The second time we had a tight deadline to meet and she did everything to get us through, with the help of Tay. If we'd move again, we'd use her services again.
