The jewelry is average at best, and their customer support is atrocious. Their website does not clearly show a 15% restocking fee and despite me sending them the screenshot and showing them that, they're still arguing and requiring that I pay it. I would never buy from them again and highly recommend you do not give them your business

I ordered two pair of earrings four weeks ago. I have received 16 emails saying either the order is being prepared or that it has been shipped. I asked the name of the shipping company and now all emails have stopped.it is just a scam and I wish I had read trustpilot before I ordered. They are still advertising on social media which shouldn't be allowed. They are blatantly lying to people and taking their money.

Hard to get your money back necklace wasn't suitable and you have to send back to China don't buy plenty European and British jewellers

Absolutely horrible. I ordered this for my daughter to wear the first day of her senior year of high school. The item took 6 weeks to arrive! I kept asking to cancel, but they wouldn’t even though they hadn’t shipped it yet. I finally had to open a case with PayPal. After weeks of the run around from this awful company PayPal finally refunded my money. The item finally arrived and it was cheap yellow cr@p jewelry with an orange stone (supposed to be dark red).

I ordered 2 bracelets and then cancelled the order the following day due to sad news being received. The bracelets arrived and I returned them to the Stafford address as stated at my own expense (£10) then got told by ‘Mary’ that they should have been sent to Australia for a refund. This was January. The bracelets are still in Stafford, they won’t be returned to mme or sent to Australia and I am £50 out of pocket!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your money, this is garbage jewelry. The quality is of that which you would get from a $0.25 machine at an arcade. If I found it on the floor I would legit throw it away. One of their ads came through on my Instagram and the jewelry looked nice and the prices were reasonable so I bought 3 rings for around $50. The website said “money back guarantee”. After about 3 weeks, I got a torn up package that came from China with the rings. I was immediately disappointed as they were NOTHING like the pictures. They were bendable and super thin, they’re silver PLATED not made of silver. When I reached out to the company they said I can ship them back to AUSTRALIA at MY expense and after they “inspect” the product they would determine if I would get any money back. Or….i could get a 20% refund of what I paid. It would’ve cost me $65 to return the rings so made no sense.
I wanted to leave a Google review to warn others about this SCAM and shocker, they don’t have a Google page.

Stay away from this company. Any positive reviews they have are completely fake, the jewelry is GARBAGE!

Ordered some jewellery as gifts for Eid . Came over 2 weeks late. All the bracelets were shoved into one gift box when they meant to be individually gift boxed. Spoke to customer services on several occasions. However, I rightfully asked for some kind of compensation so I could buy the boxes myself from amazon to gift them in! From this point my emails were ignored and I have not heard from them since. I will never and recommend no one orders from this place ever.

Very pretty. Hope quality means these little gifts will last and not fade, tarnish or break quickly.

False advertising and quality is hit and miss.
I saw a heart felt "closing down" post written by a mother of a small business. It touched my heart, as a mother myself, so I placed an order for lots of items. However that post was a lie so I feel slightly cheated and do not agree with these morals.
In terms of the items, the necklaces are very short, one has tarnished within a few months when it shouldn't have and one constantly turns the pendant to face the wrong way no matter what I do!
I wouldn't order again or recommend to friends.

When I received the products they are not as described.
Ordered hooped earrings they came as studs. The quality is so cheap. Jewellery all different colours too.
I'm not sure they are tarnish free and waterproof as advertised

Easy to order and products arrived on time

I ordered gold/freshwater pearl jewellery for wearing at my wedding. Was a bit unsure how good the quality would be due to the low price - however I was very pleasantly surprised. I absolutely love the necklace and earrings and they look incredible!! Saved me a small fortune from what I was going to be spending on my wedding jewellery. I would highly recommend and will order again.

Sent multiple emails to return my items that arrived. They look absolutely nothing like the images and I haven't recieved a single reply.
