Excellent service every time
This is the second time I have used Ologic and both times the service have been excellent. My laptop was fixed in a day, and is as good as new! Communication was concise, clear and helpful. Many thanks Gary and Issac.

Excellent service from the secure pick up ro repair & being returned to us. Took 4 days outstanding service & the continuous updates was great.
Gary & Credi provided a though repair to our laptop, great report.
Great customer service on the return, packets of sweets ( which were quickly taken by the kids) & a thoughtful quote on the box.

Amazing company they collected my macbook with cracked screen & it was fixed, collected & delivered within 2 weeks. Very impressed with up to date information of progress. Would recommend again & to anyone who want a professional job but dont want to go to original company. Thank you OLOGIC.

Replacement charger
Needed a charger repaired for my laptop, they replaced it immediately, when it was delivered it was sent with a personalised message on the box, personalised message on the letter and even a little pack of haribo!! Absolutely over the moon with this. Ryan was the repair technician and Gary the test engineer. Fantastic service. Well done to you both. Will definitely return if needing something repaired !

My son broke his laptop and was heart broken. It was fixed and back to us within days!Fantastic service !
Honestly couldnt be happier with them . Personalised note and all.
Far quicker than we expected to have everything done and back to us . Laptop probably working better than before it was broken.
Credi and gary are incredible and have made a little boys day .
Even sent a little treat in the box couldnt possibly thank them more !

I have recently had various issues with…
I have recently had various issues with the delivery of my item after a repair, first DPD lost the device, then a replacement device was lost and then a further replacement was delivered damaged via a 3rd party. Along the entire process whilst there have been delays and issues. I cannot fault Ologics customer service and in particular Lynn who has been extremely helpful throughout. With a final resolution that has helped and made my son very happy, clear prompt communicating to get to this point thank you

A big shout out for this company absolutely brilliant and want to thank gary - repair technician for lighting fast repair and got it returned to me in time for the bank holiday weekend wasn’t expecting it back till Tuesday
(after bank holiday) they collected it Thursday morning returned sat early morning WOW & they take care of your item 1st class Collected-fixed & returned ultra fast time & works perfectly highly recommend
