I am a first-time buyer, but thrilled with the quality of the shoes. The shipping time was 2 days for me. The shoes were neatly packed and the sneakers inside were very well protected. The whole process was Perfect also with the tracking code I could track my shipment. I look forward to ordering another pair of shoes in the near future.

I had an issue with my order and had to change it 3 times. The refund was immediately processed and the new order shipped.

The Customer Support via mobile was easily reachable and extremely helpful.

it seems those who prep for delivery can't read very well. fancy wasting time trying to deliver in NL when the address is clearly in DE.

Habe zum ersten Mal hier bestellt und habe bisher keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Ware wurde angeblich am 05.12.22 versendet, heute (13.12.22) steht nach wie vor im Tracking, dass zu der Nummer keine Sendung vorliegt. Habe sowohl Freitag als auch Montag (gestern) eine email geschickt, bekomme aber keine Antworten. Musste die Ware jetzt woanders bestellen, da es als Weihnachtsgeschenk gedacht war.
Nachtrag:
Habe jetzt eine Antwort erhalten, das Paket ist nicht aufzufinden und der Rechnungsbetrag wurde sofort storniert.
