I Missed my exit slot last time but this is last straw .... received £900 bill outstanding in Jan addressed to BF management ltd. Then another o/s bill for £13000 in March for FWI ltd
I am livid I've been paying one-energy monthly £1900. ACS are now threatening Disconnection. One-energy still haven't paid even though I made formal complaint last week they are crooks and want me to pay an exit fee even though they are the problem ?? I'm so angry I have no control and there doesn't seem to be anyone who can help. One-energy say they are dealing with it but I just don't trust them !!

Following on from my review posted on 16/10/25. After months of stress and aggravation, One Energy did refund the monies owed to me. Unfortunately, the nightmare hasn’t ended and though I thought it couldn’t get any worse, it has! Today, a bailiff representing an energy company that I’ve never heard of, attended my business to deliver a letter, explaining that my supply is going to be cut off! Strange considering that I have been paying One Energy for my usage without fail and have no outstanding balances. Clearly, they have been holding my money, instead of passing my payments on to the supplier. Now my staff think that the business is in trouble, unable to pay bills, their jobs are in jeopardy and I have the stress of wondering if and when they’re going to return to cut off my supply. One Energy are aware, but have not dealt with the so called “administrative” error. My experience with One Energy has been an absolute nightmare from the outset. The stress that they have caused my family and I is immeasurable!

Best service
One energy has been nothing but helpful, I have had my business for over 20 years and never dealt with such an amazing team. Dealing with my gas and electricity accounts has never been more simple. I have recommended this company to a lot of other businesses in the area. The communication has been outstanding. Not once have I not been about to talk to someone instantly, being in the industry for as long as I have you’d know it’s never this easy. Just want to say a big thanks to the whole team.

Very good company. I do not have hours to spend on the phone to suppliers and trying to find renewal rate
My contract with one energy has just ended but I have chose to renew with them.
They’ve managed to save me a lot of money on my electric with my new contract. From 47p to 20.8p i am so relieved i can across one energy. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic Service
I have been with One Energy for the last 6 months with no problems. I provide regular reads and the service is high quality from my own account manager who is based in the UK. No hold times and if she is already on a call, she always calls me straight back. Fantastic service.

Another 7 months have passed since my last review and I am still waiting on a manager to call me back.
I've rung and rung, been told it's 'been escalated' and nothing.
One Energy have now stopped paying bills entirely, leading to them now having taken our money, but our business receiving debt chase.
made my life a hell of alot easier
Good all round company,
i have been using them for almost 3 years now.
Everytime I've had a query or problem, Abby and Lewis have got back to me within the same day.
Since joining, ive moved 2 of my other businesses to them.
Can't fault the service I've recieved, plus they find the the cheapest rates and do a better job than i ever will.

Not replying to numerous phone calls. Have taken out over £2000 . Can not get it back.

I have been with One Energy a few years now, they initially came out and discount my rates when I was in a contract which I was very pleased with. I have also just renewed with them as the rates were the lowest I could find. Great service very impressed.

Edit nov 25: this company owed me over £1000 at the end of the contract. Whilst I was waiting for a refund a few weeks later took a further £2100. They’ve agreed to pay me back but have now been waiting over a week. Now seeking legal advice
This company takes over your energy account whilst your contract runs down. They set up a direct debit and starts to take money out of your account. Next minute you have your current provider chasing you for money with debt letters. The excuse was that they didn’t have the correct details. Funny how they sorted this without me sending any other details across. They will take money out of your account and you have to beg for an invoice, a lot of the staff don’t know the difference between an invoice and an account summery. You end up calling them to get through to a receptionist who will put you through, but there is no one ever available. Luckily my dealings with this sham of a company are over at the end of this month
Do your self a favour go direct or use a known broker

Where do i start?
Awful communication, they do not email to emails and are constantly in meetings or unavailable to talk. Take money off you on direct debit but do not hand this money over to energy supplier for month causing debt letters and all sorts of other messes to sort out. Set up contracts with the suppliers in all sorts of different names .. dodgy to me!
These brokers are meant to be helpful and take the stress away, these people cause the complete opposite.

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT DEPRESSION
No communication! Robbing b. Won’t let me leave them. Don’t answer phones, don’t reply to emails. Raised with ofgem. Tried taking over £4K a month for a small pub just on electricity! Never taken a meter reading, changed my suppliers without informing us, I am suicidal because of the stress they are causing me since October 2024 and having to get help. Never go with them. I just want to leave, please.

Worse energy company to deal with
I was put on a monthly direct debit plan initially, I then wanted a variable monthly plan (which they did), but I had to supply them with monthly readings via email as they don’t have a website to enable you to do this through. Then without asking put me back on a set monthly plan, which I don’t want and it will take 4 months to enable them to put me back on a variable plan
All I wanted was to pay for what I use on a monthly basis
When your contract is up and you want to swop suppliers be aware that they are not like other companies, who require a months notice, oh no, they require 90-120 days notice !!!!

Similar to other 1 star reviews, this company is a SCAM company, your promised 5% reduction & a claim back on historic water bills through Trilogy consultants that never materialise, your charged more than you we're paying then when you email/call your avoided like the plague.
Don't make the same mistake I have, avoid at all costs.

Read the other 1 star reviews, this company are the worst of the worst.
I could provide paragraphs of information about them and their unscrupulous behaviour, but I am sure they would try to get the review remove, or negate it with a "you signed a contract" comment.
