The whole order was rejected. Explanation was one journal wasn't available. I like the stationery, but I can't give stars for nothing. 1 star for prompt returning my money.

We’d like to gently explain what happened: your order was placed on 25/7, and as one of the two items had unfortunately sold out, we emailed you on 26/7 to offer either a replacement or refund, with a same-day reply needed as our team would be away for summer break from 27/7. We understand things can get busy, and by the early hours of 27/7 we still hadn’t heard back from you.
As you had paid postage for two items, we felt cancelling and refunding in full would give you a fairer chance to reconsider or reorder in your own time, rather than leaving you out of pocket for postage on just a single item.
We’re sorry the timing didn’t quite work out this time, and we really do appreciate your understanding. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you back and make your next experience a much happier one.

I had a wonderful experience! I was in the UK for StationeryFest and pre-ordered for pick up! Had fun searching online for all the goodies, and they were read for when picked up. Such a great selection of items and great quality. Kind of wish I had ordered more, but I had fun searching through all the other fun items that were available at the fest! Thank you so much!

Super cute Sanrio stationery
Love the variety of cute products at One Mini Store.
I ordered the Sanrio 2026 mystery pack and am so happy with the cute stationery items inside.
There was a slight issue with the postage, but it was sorted extremely quickly and I got my parcel with no hassle after that.
Overall, would recommend this shop!
Especially if you love supporting small businesses and also cute Asian stationery!!

Lovely inks and stickers at a good price
Very happy to find items available here that weren't in stock in local shops. Prices and service was great, fast delivery with everything packed in a very nicely wrapped bundle and some cute extra stickers.
