Website said a part was compatible
Website said a part was compatible, so ordered and it was incorrect. Tried to send back and was refused a refund and the customer service is shocking as replies can take days and now i'm being ignored. Avoid, unless you want to be left with a part you cannot use.

Great price and service
Great price and service, these guys really care about service. Rather than send out the wrong component they checked and double checked.
I bought a radiator for my motorhome and the computer said NO as it couldn’t find it on the system, so I got a call the next morning to confirm it was the correct model. Great service.

Part Never aaruved when asked to be redirected to post office that was post office fault but then promised refund. A month later not got it!!!

Would have given 5 stars if I didn’t…
Would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to modify the mounting for my Audi A3. The mountings supplied were unused, I had to use the original mounting brackets with some adjustments.
The quality of the silencer is superb as was the communication with Joe and the delivery process. Next day free delivery excellent!!
I could not get this silencer from Audi as it is not available any more, and it was out of stock from all other motor factors !!
All in all a great service

I would give them 0/5 stars if it was possible, ordered an exhaust and was told it was the correct one for the car they then phoned me after placing the order to tell me it wasn’t the correct one we then emailed for 2 weeks regarding the correct one and they wanted additional money for the supposed correct one, I asked for a refund and I’m now on week 3 of waiting for this refund, I would highly recommend anyone from not using this site as it seems like a scam and they’ll do anything to not give you a refund. Absolute shambles of a company.

Asking for more money for the parts ordered at later email.
Ordered complete exhaust system online and within 24hrs after taking payment for parts that were shown by the vehicle registration search showed compatible now they emailing saying the parts are not all compatible with my vehicle now even though the exhaust was ordered as one complete system including the catalytic converter. Wanting over £125 extra now but it was their fault and they know the system online does this regularly to customers u fairly as their system when you enter your registration clearly states parts are compatible.in the first instance.. rude customer service who blamed the consumer for ordering.

Ordered a pair of shocks, one arrived. The other was sent but packaged differently. I was asked for photographs & waited a week for confirmation that I had a pair. Seemed that sorting out your supply problem was more important than getting my car back on the road.

Recommend. Very helpful guys.
System part identifier worked perfectly. Very helpful staff on phone querry to check on all the gaskets and fittings needed were included was handled quickly and effeciently. Payment by credit/debit card was complicated by needing parts delivered to garage not my registered card address which involved setting up a Bank Transfer payment. Again staff very heplful re info and confirming test payment, which went smoothly. Delivery fine.

I checked the website for an exhaust
I checked the website for an exhaust, added my registration number and the exhaust i viewed was a match for my vehicle. I placed the order and paid. I then received an email informing me that the exhaust was not a match for my vehicle. I could have my money back or send another £22 plus to have an exhaust that would fit.

A really good website and much cheaper than competitors
Website was really easy to use and it was at least £60 cheaper on this website than anywhere else we looked for the part I needed for my car. I decided not to pay for tracking for post and it was no issue, the item arrived 2 days later and the longest time I waited was for the mechanic to be free to put it on the car. Will definitely use this again when I need something.
