Online Metals Avis

Easy to buy metal in small quantities

I am so glad we found you. I was able to get the exact size and grade of product I needed for way less money and shipping was super fast. Will definitely bookmark this website.

Purchased 20 ga carbon steel A1008 cold roll 2.5” x 54” on June 19, 2024 shipping cost was $9.99. Shipped to Peoria, AZ

Purchase same item 2” longer 20 ga carbon steel A1008 cold roll 2.5” x56” on Feb 10,2025 shipping cost was $55.52. Shipped to Peoria, AZ

Inquired about my order-nothing. Asked if it already shipped-nothing. No shipping data. Paid for expedited shipping- nothing. They suck. No customer service whatsoever.

Fast delivery! Nice piece, very well packed. Exactly what I needed. Online Metals is a true gift to the hobbyist with small demands. Just keep doing what you’re doing!

I ordered a precision machined aluminum disc. I was very impressed with how well it was packaged.
The disc was vacuum sealed into the center of a large square cardboard sandwich, which was securely taped on all sides. It looked like it could have been dropped out of a plane, and it would have still arrived to me undamaged.
Kudos....very impressive!

Online metals is ok if you need something in small quantities. If your a machinist like me they are usless unless you want to get everything oversized and not use stock sizes. There material generally comes banged up, beat up and scratched up. So make sure if your machining it to get it oversized for what you are doing because most of the defects will not clean up with a jitterbug.

Ordering was easy and finding the items I was looking for was simple. The checkout process is easy, but if you have an established net30 account it should default to that form of payment. I only use your sight occasionally and forgot that I had setup terms with so I put this purchase on my Credit card and i would have preferred to have had it on net30 terms.

Good. No issues, Took me a second to get someone to find order. It wasn't next yo freight door like it normally is. He found it really quickly once we confirmed it wasn't where it usually is. Great selection of materials, applications and types

Working with Online Metals has been very rewarding with top professionalism.

The experience was great because of your usual prompt delivery.

Price was fair, though delivery delayed. Material arrived with heavy scratches from forks - I'm having to re-work the stock before I can use it, I may have been better off with another source.

The aluminum and brass that I have purchased has been great quality and a great price. Shipped promptly and well packaged.

UPS lost my package and Online Metals replaced it without any issue. After that, the product arrived in a timely manner and was just as described. Thank you!

Prompt shipping and great customer service!!!
