I come across these and signed up to watch Sarah Poynton-Ryan webinar. I thought the it was meant to be live and it wasn't so asked questions, to which i got no reply.
The calculations they are showing are FALSE because they are still showing fees that you can no longer charge tenants. So of course this is going to have a impact on ROI.
They tell you to add Sarah and you will be part of her group. 1) You can't add her. 2) Didn't get added to any group. 3) No files was given as they had said either.
Whilst on the webinar i even sent her a message asking to add me to the group as i had lots of questions. She replied 5 days later as she had been away.
I have been sent numerous messages still through facebook, which to be honest annoyed me as they still not replied to any emails. Yesterday i sent them this......
"Look take me off the mailing list please as you lot are full of crap. You haven't even the decency to answer my questions in an email but have the audacity to message me here now.
The calculator you show, is crap because you are showing charges which are no longer applicable!!! So that makes a huge difference.
The facts are you are making more money selling these BS so called courses. Hence why, when someone like me is genuine and would of been gullible enough to purchase at the time if i was completely new and didn't have a clue about the changes and charges.
You talk about when you started, that was years ago and times have changed. So the truth is there is money to be made but not like back in the day and how easy as you want to portray!!!!
How about doing a course telling the truth? I'm documenting my journey and mark my words our paths will cross and i will look forward to it. Best wishes".

So please people AVOID these like the plague and do not part with any money!!!!!!
