Clear Speaking Customer Service
I have been very pleased with the customer service team whenever I have had to call the Opportunistic Trader for info.
Why this has meant a lot to me, is because I am a “seasoned” individual with a hearing deficit.
It’s important to me to have people speak clearly and make adjustments, if necessary, to their microphone after I inform them of my hearing loss.
I have never felt rushed or anxious when calling with an issue that I need help with as everyone has been patient and very kind.
I especially like that when the call is winding down, that they wish you to have a “good rest of the day… it’s those pleasant little moments that mean a lot to a “seasoned” individual as I am. ;)

First off
First off, I retired at age 68 in March 2026 and have spent thousands of dollars this year to gain info, experience and success to do better with my 401k funds. I received several tips of stocks from wealthy trading fellows which depleted my portfolio. By the grace of God, I stepped forward with Larry Benedict and his The Opportunistic Trader team. Finally the tide turned to learn and earn with Larry and regain hope and faith in the possibility of improving my financial position. If it were free it would be way over-priced!
I've noticed that most if not all positive reviews on with customer service and not about the actual service paid for. The actual service for One Ticker Trader was only $19. I figured it would easily be worth that but didn't consider that it would offer such costly trade suggestions. I wanted to learn more about options and have only learned how to throw away money through poor trading.
The portfolio currently shows 4 current trades which are all losing horribly and doesn't list my trade suggestion which resulted in 100% loss. However, in the track record section it shows mostly winning trades which are unverified and most likely made up as my loser trade is not listed and others made during that time are not either! So they falsely market this horrible trader as being a wizard trader and sucker you with a cheap membership that ends up costing you far more than an expensive membership with a credible trader would! Bad business, poor trading suggestions, and fraudulent marketing practices.
