Options Animal is great! I have been a member for 5 years and enjoy weekly classes and market insights. The coaches are very interested in our success and teach the proper way to trade and manage portfolio. Best investment ever made!!

I have had an excellent experience with Options Animal. I came to them after learning the basics on another platform. I really wanted to learn the mechanics of these more advanced strategies. This has helped me tremendously and have this membership for a lifetime. The weekly classes are great and provide some of the hand holding that is needed. I believe you get out what you put in, and I had the ability to dedicate ALOT of my time to this education platform because I was hungry to learn more and not have Wall Street beat me up!

The high-pressure sales tactic and ROI on this training is insulting. After paying for a 1-year subscription and attending a high-percentage of classes, I found the training to be mundane, childish and unprofessional. I was able to find better training on my own AND leverage this to write Python code that automates the content and procedures OPTIONSANIMAL provides.

I also never received follow-up calls from my "mentor" and was dropped like a hot potato. Avoid this training and save yourself a ton of money.

I am so grateful as I reflect back on the past year of my life. I have been blessed. Thanks to the knowledge that Options Animal has pounded into my brain I am having the time of my life. I love what I am doing in my retirement years. OA has taught me how to trade and invest on a professional level. Thank you Options Animal for giving my life such a rewarding purpose. You have changed my life.

In July 2022, I signed up for the entire Options Animal course. There were 6 instructors, all excellent, with over 300 hours of instruction (if you listen to all 6 instructors). You can listen to all of them or pick one to your liking to learn from (which will reduce the hours of instruction, if you don't have time to listen to each instructor). Today, I have a good knowledge of options. Knowing what not to do in options, is more important than just knowing how to make an options trade. I made my money back after only 2 trades. Knowing how options really work, gave me the confidence to move forward. I highly recommend Options Animal.

OA lay out a very rigorous and thoroughly thought out explanation of options and how they work. Their approach is very technical and heavily focused on managing trades to a successful conclusion rather than attempting to outsmart the market.
The instructors are all successful traders in their own right and each one has a different approach. Underpinning it all however is a consistent in depth understanding of the fundamentals. It is a perfect set up for the student to build knowledge and develop strategies that are suited to their particular circumstances and personality.
Their on line resources are excellent, with the full range of tutorials available to dip back into as needed, plus ongoing live forums, community message boards and regular example trades.
It's been a really good investment and I am achieving a consistent return on my trading.

If you are extremely woke and extremely liberal, then the "instructors" constant and continuous worship of Tim Walz and Maxine Waters, instead of talking about trading, then you may wish to pay for trading education and not receive it. Instructors also have a pattern of refusing to attend their training classes on time or refuse to even show up at all. The OIC and others provide free training online that has MUCH greater value. Even if you are extremely liberal and hate the USA, you have no reason to pay to hear others shove this down your throats.

Options animal is an almost entirely generic, gather your money in exchange for an extremely lackluster learning and teaching experience for trading options.
The initial sell from Ryan Pond was a super hard sell with the guy even raising his voice at me several times. He threw several trades my way overwhelming my level of experience at the time. As soon as i signed up he actually ghosted me, blowing me off and telling me to contact someone else if i had questions. When i told Shawn about this his only response was to apologize but did zero to help other than that.
They talk a great game with adjustments, and yes adjustments are important and people should learn them if they trade options but it’s also mostly a card shuffle with them. The options trades they do send out are usually poor trades that REQUIRE adjustment because they’re are poorly thought out and largely unprofitable.
Engaging in their online (written material) learning adventure and classes are again extremely lackluster and offers nothing of value because all this info is entirely FREE elsewhere. TastyTrade, Google, take your pick…what they offer is actually worse, more poorly documented and cost me close to $3k.
Attempting to engage with an actual human for questions and trade concerns…imagine calling your broker about a trade and they schedule a call at least a week out?! By then the situation is over, has changed so radically it doesn’t apply anymore, or you’ve just plain forgotten the issue. This happened to me with Warren Smith every time. The only reason I’m offering 2 stars instead of 1 is that Warren (my assigned mentor) is a really nice guy. Other than that as a mentor he, along with the entire program, was very difficult to get ahold of, schedule time with, or find the relevant help and didn’t follow through with his promises.
Again, TastyTrade is actually far more helpful, more succinct organized info…and free!!. Options animal is a service, a high priced one, and completely unnecessary in your options learning journey. The time and effort you’ll need to learn options trading is required no matter what. No need to pay these guys for the same info you can find online elsewhere..which is how they offer it to you anyway (online material).

I signed up with them to advance my trading skills. After conveying I had just completed a trading school. They placed me in their apprentice program which is great if you don't what a stock is. This program only included the basics and not the advanced education I was seeking. They publish weekly trades by instructors, a market forecast and have community news groups. I have found these to not be helpful. The community groups are not heavily used and have articles back to 2008. If you have experience trading this may not be a good fit. Membership is one year non-refundable. They did provide a coach which I requested and this person seems to be a capable individual. I do not consider this over 2k expense a good use of my investment funds.

I have enrolled with them for several years already. They have a good method to teach shares options and investments using options. They will just teach you, not give signals or other things that other companies do. Only send as an example of the method they use a trade from time to time.
Overall, I think the money was well spent on these classes.
